Good to the last bite!

I guess that Brett thought there was more left if he put the plate closer!

new stuff

Sorry I have not posted in awhile. Crazy weather, teacher conferences, and snow days!! Crazy but fun!! But here are some things I've been working on. The first two are kickstand cards. The name sounded neat, so I had to give it a try.
These next two are simple and easy! The top one uses groovy blossoms paperand
big bloom painted with pearl paint and hollyhock ink.
This one uses simple pleasures paper,
cocoa cardstock, and ribbon, and ctmh rub ons! how much easier can it get! I love rub ons! The stamp is legendary.
This lay out was so much fun! The layout is from Cherish. It contains lazy
days paper, dutch blue, crystal
blue, and lilac cardstock. I used my
new toy again, cuttlebug. On some of
the cardstock. The stamp is from small pleasures to look like water drops. Then I put liquid glasss on the drops to really make it look like water. You can't really tell in the picture. Sorry.
This lay out is colorful! I love these papers. (Rough n Tumble) Especially since ther are so many boys in our house. These seemed to be great for the pictures of Brock being just like dad on the wheeler! I can't believe he used to be that small. Him and Brady!! Well I hope you enjoy!
Stay warm!!

Cup O Card

I believe that this is what is called. I saw it the ctmh bullitin board and wanted to give it try. It is so EASY!! and how CUTE!!
I used For every occassion stamp set, Big blooms, spring buttons, and paper is sweet harmony.

Challenge

Well last night I challenged myself. My sweet Olivia picked the paper for me and I worked with it. The result is this Z fold card. I used pansy purple, hollyhock, chocolate, and white cardstock. Stamped the front with adorable backgrounds in pansy ink and used the good life stamp set for the saying. It was kind of fun to be challenged!

I made this next one because the colors together on another blog and liked them. I used buttercup and chocolate. The stamp is from Baby Impressions.

cuttlebug

Well I finally have had time to play with my new toy! The thank you card was inspired by another consultant. I liked hers and had to try it! I love our big blooms! The next is an Easter card. It only uses a little bit but the sheep has fuzz! Well kind of! I used our liquid app. and heated it to give it the look. I saw it on a card my upline, Melissa made and wanted to try it. Hope you enjoy! The thinking of you card was a technique that I saw on another blog. I am not sure that mine looks as good as hers did. I think I'll have to try it with a different stamp set. Maybe our flourishes like the original. The next card is a double pocket card I made for my nephew.

SNOW DAY

Well the kids are loving it! They got to sleep in and play all day. I on the other hand don't get my shopping or anything else done! Oh well! It was fun to play. I kind of hope Spring comes soon!

Thank goodness for our neighbor Harry! He takes his mornings and plows us all out down our street.
